JOB OFFER APP
A concept project based on user research, to help the employee for finding work and the employer for finding staff.
THE CHALLENGE
I've been experienced both situations of looking for a job and looking for an employee.
Both of them are a kind of challenge. I thought if there was a data bank of resumes, then employers could search the ideal end most matched person for the position they have without reading lots of resumes that may not have the quality they want.
Besides, people who were looking for a job don't need to apply for thousands of positions. They help employers to access a data bank and receive the requests for the job.
USER RESEARCH
First of all, I designed a survey with Google form and gave it to some people who have the experience of looking for a job. In this survey I try to understand:
Do they use the app or website for finding a job or go through the conventional way?
How much do they use the web site or app jobs?
Do they have good experiences or bad experiences from using them?
How much they familiar with this kind of technology?
And some other questions like the quality and degree that employers want them.
After that, I choose some of those persons and had an interview with them to reach a deep understanding of their needs and frustrations.

The prototype was given to some persons who looking for a job and several employers to accomplish the scenario. You can see the employee side of this stage blow :
Employee TASK DESCRIPTION
Sara just graduated from the university from Tehran university. She wants to come back to her city (Shiraz), so is looking for a job in that city. Because of distance and also pandemic situations, she prefers to apply for jobs through websites and applications. After some searching and also asking her friends, she found a mobile app that gives her resume and offers the job by employers.
Employee SCENARIO

Download the app
Open the app and click on sign up, create an account
Enter your information and accomplish your resume
Open one of the resumes and request him/her to endorse you
Endorse education/experience of her/him
Results
approximately all users accomplish the task fluently, except for the icons that have the action of endorse/sending request for endorsement or send a job offer for employees.
to solve these problems, a warning message was added after pressing these icons.
